You may not know this but SQA are working on qualifications on digital literacy and are currently engaged in a consultation exercise with stakeholders (that’s us!).
This is for qualifications called Online Passport and you can contribute and feedback on the Google Docs for this at https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/QSB8QDG
You might also be interested in some of the online resources to support some of this work which may be useful for our courses? These can be found at http://glo.li/17qIdrc
Also, the Mozilla Foundation has announced that it will be launching a set of Web Literacy Standards towards the end of June. You can contribute to the development of this standard via the Google Docs referenced in this bit.ly bundle ( http://bitly.com/bundles/dajbelshaw/1 ).
I’ve also posted a mapping of the evolving Mozilla Web Literacy Standard to Curriculum for Excellence that you can view via this post of my blog ( http://charlielove.org/?p=9305 ).
